All our rooms are en-suite with spacious well equipped shower rooms, the rooms are double rooms with TV, Fridge and hospitality tray. The air conditioning units in each room are new along with all of the fittings and furniture. The rooms are well equipped modern and decorated to a high standard.

The room rate is 25 euros per person per night; this includes breakfast in our spacious dining and soft seating area. Evening meals can be provided at an additional cost depending on your requirements. With many home grown vegetables and fruit an excellent standard of home cooking will be guaranteed. Special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior warning.

The rooms are set within a private garden approximately 2 acres and are very peaceful and tranquil the gardens are a mixture of paved patio areas, grass, palm trees and a large orchard area with a mass of fruit all year round. There are benches below the large trees offering shelter and a place to relax. The pool is spacious and offers an excellent level of comfort, poolside showering facilities along with good quality sun beds and covers enable you to relax in total luxury, Umbrellas to shade you from the midday sun, the perfect retreat for those looking for the luxury these apartments offers.

The apartments are located 30 minutes from the nearest beach with many more within driving distance it gives you plenty of places to visit during your stay.

We also offer an Airport transfer service, we have a seven seater vehicle and Alicante airport is only 30 minutes drive from the apartments.

This is an ideal base for exploring this ever increasing area; we have had many people stay a number of times with us who are house hunting in the area. People who just want the privacy and luxury of a private pool, with exceptional settings and good quality food. There are a number of restaurants in the nearby town which is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment giving you a choice of foods

We have lived in Spain for two years and are experienced hoteliers who moved from the South West of Scotland to a warmer climate, we have ten years experience in the business and pride ourselves on having a fabulous location, high standard of rooms and an excellent setting for the perfect short break or longer holiday. Our food is all home cooked and most of the produce used is from our very own garden.
