The best job at the present time, Got lots of satisfaction and experience out of this job & Made lots of friends generally had a good time. Although it was a great job I had to leave for a bigger challenge.

The Bigger Challenge
Started during the busy Christmas period for which was only meant to be a temporary job for xmas but they kept me on for a full-time position, my first day of work at the Hilton was a busy wedding party of 400+ people, just went into natural barman mode. During the time I was there I looked after the cellar for 2 weeks whilst the cellarman was on holiday. And again I made lots of very good friends. I Left however after a year as I got fed up with the Management pushing me around.

A step up from the world as barman, was in charge of Stock/Ordering, Cleaning (Cellar Management), Training & Serving. It was a good job but there were a few problems along the way,
1. The Language/Culture difference.
2. The General Manager (wont go into all the boring details)
3.Very Very Long hours.
I learnt a great deal of experience from this job (and a few Chinese swear words) Whilst working at this job I took a licensing exam and passed with that I was awarded with a Licensees Certificate. In the world of Bar/Pub & Restaurant/Club work that meant I could go and start my own Bar/Pub or Restaurant & Club and have my name above the Door (Aka a Landlord) Left the job after the problems got too much to deal with.

The only job which was available at the time. But by far this was the best job I ever had as there were no problems what so ever (If I would have had the choice I would have kept this job until I had the money to buy my own) the staff who worked there were great. You could be who you wanted to be. In fact it wasn’t a job but more of a fun time, Started working at the Wildman but had to leave as it changed ownership but was transferred over to there other Pub by request of the old management of the Wildman. So then started and the Hog in Armor which was bigger and busier but even more of a laugh. after a little while I became good friends with the assistant manager therefore became his assistant (so that made me Assistant manager) (Confused yet) whilst he was away I cleaned and maintained the celler and made sure everything was up to date and running smoothly behind the bar. Alas good things have to come to an end, and had to leave for my next job below.

A Step out of the Jobs I'm used to....
Started an Internet Cafe with the help of my brother whom owns a computer shop, he asked me if I wanted to manage the cafe and I said sure (to keep it in the family) Currently in charge of all the running of the internet cafe such as Ordering, Helping customers. Company Website Design & Working Lots of Hours.
